Boy that is a really good question. What part of the website do you wish to ban people from?
Well here goes.
If you are talking about someone getting into your chatroom or the guestbook you go to where these are edited.
I am taking the chat room off of my website until it is to be used. I am editing out the bad words etc. part.
The guestbook has a part that says edit messages. There you can check and see if you want that message in your guestbook. If not you can delete it. You'll find what I am talking about in the GuestBook Service Manager.

You'll find a section that says IP banning. Maybe that will help you.
However I am not sure how to put a lock on bad words, language, etc.
It might be a good idea to let Bravenet know what is going on. Your ISP should be able to trace the link through their log.
