How long does it take for my upgrade from basic service to premium service to work. I updated the nameservers like I was supposed to, and it's been just about 48 hours.....I still can't access FTP. If anyone knows, please let me know. Thanks
this isn't a Bravenet issue. Your new address has to be propagated across the web to name servers around the world. The owners of the name servers do this in their own good time, typically this will take a couple of days but it can be less and can be more.
I see your domain when I click on the link so my ISP's name server must have picked it up, so it will probably resolve itself in a few more hours.
