Ugh, I'm such an idiot! Where do I go to start building my page? I know this sounds stupid, but can somebody just tell me?

go to the Hosting and domains place, click manage site and file transerfer or whatever it is called

Go to the top of this page. You will see that the host's name is Sticky. He has put links to suggestions on what to do. Click and read.

Be sure to read the info that is linked to the stairway icon that says "Getting Started."

You were smart enough to ask for help. Instead of being stupid you are simply a novice. Soon you will catch on.

Also there are free tutorials on the web. Be sure and read about HTML and Java Script.
