Basic and premium

I was wondering, this question is for people who bout one of the hosting packages, do you have to sign a contract, when you buy one of the other two hosting packages?Oh an is there any way to talk to the bravenet support staff live for fast help?

The only thing you need to do is agree to the TOS (terms of service). Read this section first and if your questions are still not answered open a support ticket.
