Hey there; I'll try and help you!

First off; in your Account Manager page, click on Manage Hosting. You'll be asked to name your site, etc.
Then once that's done, you'll be on the Website Hosting page.
From there click on the Website Wizards. You'll be able to choose which method you want to use to make your site. Both have step-by-step instructions so it's pretty easy.

Oh...I think the second part of my explanation is wrong. But Website Wizards is one of the options you can use to make your site.
