ARG! I have deleted my photo center but for some reason It's still on my site! I already published and it sort of worked. When ever you click on the photo center (which there's still a link for!) then it says, "You have encountered an unknown error!" Is there any way to get the photo center off my site completely. Thanks for the help. Bye ya'll.

You deleted the service, but not the link from your pages. You need to go back to the Website Wizard and click on the "manage links" link. There you should see a list of all the links that are on your pages. Delete the Photo Center and go through the publishing process.
