I really need help

I really don't know much about computers, but, I'm trying to start my own business and need this web site. I started yesterday and have no idea what I'm doing. Could anyone guide me through this.

Any one who can view a website can build a website. Try visual editor or templeplates.If you need more help,post it in this forum.
