Can I install my phpBB Forum in my Free Bravenet Website?

I have a phpBB Forum, and i wanna know if its possible install it in my Free Bravenet Website.

Also, if someone can help me, please tell me how to install correctly there.

All you have to do is read the Hosting Packages available from Bravenet. PHP is only enabled for Premium Hosting packages.

Okay Martin, that's cool. I want to upgrade to premium. Will this be an easy shift with no moving of files and downtime for my existing website? That would be terrific if it's that easy. I look forward to your answer.
