I got rid of a mini tool, but it still appears on my site. Why?

I put a message forum on my site, but I decided that I didn't want it anymore. So I deleted it and the link is still at my site (broken though)! Can someone help? Thanks!

I don't see a forum link. It can take sometime for the system to refresh to show changes. Maybe this was the case.
