Trademark Infringement?!?!? Domain Name Change - is it possible?

I registered my domain name and paid hosting on June 2nd 2005 ... but have since been told the domain name I use might constitute TradeMark infringement ... is there any way I can change the domain name?

I'd appreciate any help
