Ok, here's the poop. I need to renew my domain name. So I went ahead and clicked on: Domain names > Renew. The resulting page told me that I needed to transfer my domain name before I could renew it. So, for $8.95, I did just that. But, I haven't received the two emails I need to confirm the transfer, as promised by the Bravenet staff. I just keep getting the email that tells me: "This email reminder is being sent to notify you that one or more of your Domain Names are coming up for expiry, and will be lost if not renewed in time." Anyone have a similar experience?
