Can I put my own MP3s onto my website?
If so, I'm trying to put some of my own tracks onto my site and would be greatful if somebody could tell me how to do it.

We can't tell what kind of site you have, because the URL you list is incorrect.
However, if you have a free site you are not allowed to use MP3 files. I believe there are some utilities out there to convert MP3s to WAV files, but you would still have to make sure the file is less than 1 MB.
