Most HTML documents are split into two distinct parts, a
structure and a structure. The structure basically contains all you content. The structure, which usually comes before the structure, contains mostly setup information. Things like your page title, styles, Javascript functions, tags, etc..
The reason you may not be able to see the structure, is that you are using the Website Wizard for your web page creation. The Website Wizard carefully controlls their layouts and does not give you access to the structure.
