I assume that you are talking about Bravenet Photo Center. All management of the photo center is done from the photo center service manager. Just log into www.bravenet.com and select the "photo center" icon.
Renaming albums can be done from the "manage albums" area. Where it says Edit an Album, select the album you wish to rename, and click the edit button. Where it says Album Name, change the name and then use the Save Changes button at the bottom.
To upload images, use the "upload images" link, in the service manager. Select the album and upload from 1 to 5 at a time. Note that there is a 150KB size limit, for the free photo albums.
