Does anyone know how to edit both the "Link Tittle" & the "Enter New Category"?

This is what I've done "so far",

1, Hosting
2, Add a Link
3, Entered the required field; a) Link b) Link Tittle (displayed Text), c) Enter Category

It didn't work!

I can't do it from the Map Editor either as there are no prompts there for utilities.

I can't believe I spelled it with a double "t". No wonder no one's replied so far.

I meant to say, "TITLE" There, now I got it right.
