how do i put my own backround on my website?

If you want a solid color for your website, and you are not using CSS, make sure the following attribute is part of the body tag:

bgcolor="INSERT COLOR"

The INSERT COLOR should of course be replaced with the color you wish (either the name or hex number).

If it is a background image you wish, add the following attribute to the body tag:

background="INSERT IMAGE URL"
