I was at Physical Therapy yesterday and they put me to work and boy was I feeling good after 40 minutes of hard work. I went in to the back room where the weight scale is and it was a old one. So I put my self on it and after a few minutes I got the nerve to look down. Than my heart just stop for I was looking at 324-lbs. That’s right 324-lbs. I lost 20-lbs. Since February Wow. Anyway just wanted to say something out loud about this. See you in two months when I check my weight. Wish me for I hope to do better like 25-lbs. So until next time work hard. Just Walk and it will go away. Daniel
