How many leagues have payouts to the champions, and how many leagues dont have any payouts what so ever?

nhsl (north hills, pa) gave $3600 away last year...league was $2500 and ticket cash was $1100...

What is the entry fee for these leagues? Do you do any other fund raisers? Just curious? Thanks for the info.
