I FINALLY MET JORDAN AFTER 18 YRS
I GOT TO MEET JORDAN AFTER LOVING HIM FOR 18 YRS. AND THE SHOW WAS GREAT!! BUT I DON'T KNOW IF HE WAS TIRED OR WHAT WAS GOING ON. BUT HE WAS NOT VERY PERSONABLE. AND IN MY PICTURE THAT I HAVE WAITED MANY YRS TO GET HE DIDN'T EVEN SMILE. I KNOW PEOPLE HAVE BAD DAYS BUT THIS IS HIS HIS JOB AND WE (THE FANS) ARE THE REASON HE IS STILL THRIVING. IM VERY UPSET THAT THE NIGHT MY DREAMS FINALLY CAME TRUE AND WASN'T AS GOOD AS I THOUGHT IT WAS GONNA BE. JORDAN COULD HAVE BEEN NICER. AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED HE KIND OF RUINED MY NIGHT. I WAS DISAPOINTED THAT HE COULD BE SO UNTHOUGHTFUL TO HIS FANS. THANX FOR LETTING ME VENT. |

Hi Melissa, I am sorry you had a bad experience with Jordan, after all these years of support. I know that is very disapointing. I wanted to let you to know that you are not the only one this has happened to. On one hand I have to say, yes, we all have bad days and that is understandable. But I must also say, that after 18 years of devotion, support, and after having to pay so much $$ to meet the man, we should at least deserve a hello back when we greet him, a smile, acknowlegement of us speaking for that quick second of meeting, and possibly a look in the eyes. We are not asking to be his "friend" (well most of us anyway), we just want a friendly greeting and acknowlegement for our support of him. I hope that you get the chance to meet Jordan again someday and it turns out to be a friendly moment. Thank you for sharing your thoughts here. Thats too bad. Ya know I was always a Jordan fan as well. I was kinda disapointed when I saw him on the "sureal life" though. He was kind of a geek. It just broke my heart to know that the man who was my teenage love was a big doofuss. Dont feel bad, looking back I now think that Donnie was much hotter anyways. Lol.

i met him many times back 94-96 when i lived in Boston and hes always that way. Of all of them Donnie is the nicest. |
