I tried to purchase webhoting pro package with new domain name. But it keep saying, "Unfortunately, your order could not be completed at this time. Your credit card could not be processed. Please contact our support department for further assistance." My card works fine with other purchase, but only doesn't work with bravenet. My help ticket # is 314334AD6E67, but no one has answered yet. I need to open my website, please contact me a.s.a.p. Thank you! |

Better check the ticket in the Support center. Many people have trouble receiving the answers with yahoo or hotmail addresses. |

well better check your ticket online also you have yahoo and hotmail as your e-mails so watch your junk mail folders there THIS stuff CAN'T BE TAKEN CARE OF here at the forum So as said watch for an answer to your ticket online is ALL YOU CAN DO for now it takes time for answers and that. Could also be a problem with what you typed in for them or something or maybe the country where you are they don't take hosting from or something |
