Cannot edit website
Hi, I recently got a new computer and I'm having trouble editing my site with it. I always get the following error message when trying to open the text or visual editor.: The Bravenet FTP server is not available at this time. Please try again later. (Authentication Failed for medusa ID: ) This problem has been happening for four days now. Thank you for your help |

You can also try other free FTP software online to upload your files. Some of them are WS-FTP, coreftp etc. |

The on-line uploading utilities are regularly running at full capacity. As already stated there are lots of free FTP utilties that you can use instead which are not affected. I use Filezilla (free download) on my laptop and my Linux machine came with FTP built in. |
