The knowledge base is located at the following address: http://support.bravenet.com/viewkb.php If you're having any difficulties or just have a question about your hosting package, You can open a support ticket in the following URL: http://support.bravenet.com/ When entering a support ticket, please refrain from appending continiously to the same ticket or opening multiple tickets about the same issue. This can cause a delay in processing a response for you. We do also offer a Live Online chat support service that is open 24/7 for Pro Hosting users and is accessible in the Websites, Domains, Ftp, Databases, and Email pages of your account in the top right corner. Please allow up to twenty-four hours for new hosting package purchases to be fully setup. If the twenty-four hour time period has passed and your package is still not setup, please contact our Support Center. - The Bravenet Support Team |
