Message:		A message to all Coaches within the Club. As well as providing me with your CRB confirmation certificate I also now need to know when the CRB check was passed. This will be the Issue date on the top right corner of the Certificate. Could you please pass on these requirements to me A.S.A.P as they need to be forwarded to the County Welfare Officer.
