potato* May 8, 08 - 1:21 PM	safelite solutions OUR Cust. calls today for repair, Kemper through safelite solutions. Cust. Has 3 chips to repair. Solutions asks us to repair $60. all addtl. chips FREE. What a hoot. Told them NO!. Cust wants to know why we have to work for FREE ! Cust. then demands replacement instead. Better for us. MAD today, Just say NO !. THEY ARE MY CUSTOMERS. IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOURS , YOU'LL HAVE TO FIGHT FOR THEM, EVERY ONE ! GIVE 'EM HELL !!

*potato May 10th, 2008 - 4:44 PM	Re: safelite solutions So today we had to call these scomebags to verify coverage for one of OUR customers, (and yeah the "ins. cos. customer" too - (sweeney)). Rep tells my customer sorry not covered but then gives MY customer a quote on their window, with us on the line. Now its our customer, and I cant blame him, but he says to us , how much can you do it for ? Its like we were suckered into a bidding war with SHAFTLITE, just because we had to go through them to verify coverage. I am not on their list and dont bid for work . . . LET THIS BE A LESSON TO US ALL. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE THEY ARE.
