Safelite is polling MY customers about MY service using THEIR letterhead! More info to follow... These are jobs that HAD TO go through Safelite Solutions. I AM ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS! They are TAKING CREDIT FOR MY GREAT WORK! I AM NOT SAFELITE! I AM NOT SAFELITE! I AM NOT SAFELITE!

.We do not bid on work , these are or were my customers . A CUSTOMER BASE THAT TOOK OVER 15 YEARS TO BUILD IS BEING STOLEN, YES STOLEN BY SAFELITE BEWARE. STAY IN CONTACT WITH ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS THESE SCAMMERS WANT TO PUT US OUT OF BUSINESS.

Folks Welcome to 21st Century marketing. If what Potato says is true, they are conducting a 'survey' and adding your customer names to their advertising database.
I don't know how the survey is worded meaning if Belron is taking credit for installs or that it is "auditing for CSI" of non Belron shops. State Farm is currently doing something similiar along the latter lines
More proof perhaps that data information is being shared throughout the Belron system

My question to you is, anywhere on the sheet does it say Safelite Auto Glass or does it say Safelite Solutions. Reason I ask is as a third party administrator they have every right to conduct a poll based on there quality assurance. If it says Safelite Auto Glass anywhere in that letterhead, then we have a gripe.

IGA members were informed of this fax survey late last year. It is a very smart branding technique.
Customer calls the Ins Co. SGC sends the job to you our maybe it is a walkin and you get the customer through the claims process, but SGC is the TPA. They contact the customer after the job's completion for quality assurence.
I bet 50% of the customers have no idea who really did their install- Ins Co, SGC, you?
