violation of Privacy Act or Confidential information used for deceptive practices

Does anyone have an idea what violations are broken and at what level(misdemeanor/felony) when companies such as the viscous rumors of Safelite's "myth" of giving out reports to their retail field.

Is this confidential information about insurance customer's claim information a violation against the consumer's right to privacy and also a possible "illegal" or at least unethical edge against all competitors some illegal act within the business trade practices?

It is too bad most of the lawyers that work with glass companies are not helping keep fairness but more interested in keeping the playing field towards the ones screwing everyone and keeping them from going bankrupt.

All replies from Safelite Bulls will be deemed "CRAP"

Re: violation of Privacy Act or Confidential information used for deceptive practices

Just wanted to keep this post higher up on the list. I will be talking to an attorney who knows OH law next week. Perhaps anyone at the IGA can add to this post. Maybe they are afraid of the BULL since they failed at taming the beast during the attempted lawsuit. Is there any attorney or person who has knowledge on this? Hey Tommy Boy, what do you think? did any of your kids take law at OSU?

Anyone, anyone, Buhler, Buhler??

IGA did mention at the convention that they were starting a legal network for members to help get lawyers trained to combat the issues....
