Opus May 6, 08 - 8:22 PM	Penny's Blog Those who commented that "she was not one of us" should take time and read her comments on the IGA convention in today's blog. I believe those insensitive comments were way off base and she deserves an apology from some of those neanderthals. All of the reporting was done by her so every thing you read in Glassbytes on the convention was reported and edited by Penny. She flew out to Vegas, reported on meetings and returned back to Va,and put out Monday's edition of Glassbytes and try to put into perspective what she saw and heard in Vegas. Obviously there are big stories such as the NAGS and AGRSS/Safelite Q/A's that will continue to draw interest and further outcomes as the year progresses. In her blog she expresses her opinion that those like myself who could not attend missed a lot. I'll grant her that. But I'm darn glad that she was around to report the news that occurred. What some more of should do is to thank her for her professional efforts. Her talents and abilities go unsung. (You go girl!!)

She's dug deeper into topics that go over the heads of most. Months back, she uncovered something that few even understood. Kudos little sister.
