Fuel Charges and the Networks-Proof of purchase?

The TPA's are always asking for a proof of purchase on dealer parts exc. Well if I send them my Mygrant, Pilk, PPG bills with the proof (blanking out the part cost) that we are being charged fuel charges shouldn't I get reimbursed?

Of course, you could probably get your $4. but it might cost you $40.

Book the job with the customer and ask for a $4.00 deposit for ordering the part. Tell them that their insurance policy/company is slightly deficient. Provide them with the blacked-out copy of the invoice for reimbursement.

Also explain that the charge for waste is $XX.XX

CASE CLOSED.
