The extended isnt that bad..it has the fold away half seats..Now the 4 door crew cab is a little different..You have to remove the back seat section that is hung on the rear wall....and these are t bolted in with 10 mm nutz and urethaned in...

i've done quite a few of these once the inierior is pulled away take out the 2 top 10mm bolts and push really hard at each top corner.if i've done 20 of these 15 pretty much push right out. it's not every one but most of them will push out at the top corners and most of the top allowing you to cut the rest with a long knife. maybe i've been lucky but try it
