They are attempting to head us off at the pass. through constant refinement, covering all bases, and segmented marketing, this blitz will be hard to contain . Keep doing what your doing, but more will need to be done. THINK.

"Old Friend"

Most of the good old guys from AGS are gone and have been gone for about 5 years now... What is left is not the cream of the crop. I'm trying to be nice!

The management is all about units and they are selling only on price. Once their techs are all on PPP we'll see some real "quality" in the marketplace.

Re: Autoglass specialists, not specialists anymore.

The ones left are to old or scared to go anywhere else. They dont want to try to compete with belron. They are brainwashed and dont get the whole picture, they are used to having someone to take care of them. Not many good ones left there at all.Mostly all new crop, which safelite wants.

Re: Autoglass specialists, not specialists anymore.

safelite wants the old "cream" to quit. They know how great it used to be(working for an independent that did quality service and took care of their customers and most importantly their employees). They are over paid compared to new techs. They are easier to mold into "belron" techs.

You wonder why good techs and good employees that leave safelite for a competitor never come back....the grass is greenier and less crap to stand in.
