Whats the real story? (DT)
Hey diamond, did you sell us out? Are you going to fix it or take the money and run? Your employees are shedding tears but you can't expect us to believe you didn't see it coming. With a nod from the insurance industry, You sold below cost for some time but you still got paid. You big boys are whooping it up somewhere. Sounds like you need to pay off your upper management, do they know something? Is it time to take your winnings and invest elsewhere? How do you intend to make things right, don't laugh. What are you doing for this country? No, dont even try to blame it on the economy, you all started this crap when the economy was booming. Reminds me of the Hunts and the silver supply. You manipulated this system and cashed in. Only you know how . I hope your children and your childrens children lie in the bed you made.

Wrong, our customers (mostly car dealers and body shops) won't let Diamond or Triumph on their parking lots, let alone anywhere near one of their cars...they know what's gonna happen if they do.
So whom cares?

what happens is they work the crap out of that employee. until they get hurt then turn there backs on them... then that employee goes to work for them selves and take those customers. and leaves D/T with there auction, rental cars, and insurance work.

We picked up two accounts this week alone that Diamond was servicing...so I guess they are not untouchable either. We can't even keep up with how much work we have.

We had 2 DT come here looking for positions.One guy was pretty decent.the other I wouldnt touch with a 10 foot pole.they was talking trash about DT...We took the decent guyz #....

One Day One day to laugh. For all the little shops they shut down and laughed about it. for all the times they would send salespeople in our account and lowball to get in the door. This company would take pride in moving in a new area drop the price and laugh at the small guys the put out of business.
So I had my one day of laughing, now back to business.

You know I hate to resurrect this post, but there was a time when they absconded with a percentage of my business, and for the record it was our more national accounts, meaning one day I showed up and there were TRIUMPH stickers on the front doors of these establishments. The owners of these chains were swindled into using them. Its now 6 years later and they are finally calling me back. I SURVIVED, they should not.

I appreciate the fact that almost everybody hopes DT dies. Thanks for looking out for your fellow installers. What am I gonna do? I didn't have anything to do with anything. I don't wish anything bad on anyone, because as they say, be careful of what you wish for.
