Park Royal Los Tules Resort in PV???
Please tell me about the Park Royal Los Tules Resort. How hard is it for a 1 bedroom 4/4 RCI exchanger to get assigned a unit with a ocean view? What are the pros and cons of this resort. Thanks. |

This is a very nice resort with large spacious units. Many owners are involved in the rental progran and permit the resort to rent their units during prime season. Off season I have seen units available. I would call RCI and ask them about deposits. I recently saw a large 3 bedroom available on Last call and a one bedroom. I believe the beaches were affected a few years back from the hurricane. The pros are the large spacious units. The location is nice. Its along the main strip within a 20 to 30 minute walk to downtown and not far from the. Marina. Many food stores and restaurants close by. The following are the resorts closest to downtown . Sheraton Buganvillas, Villa Del Palma and Del Mar and Los Pelicanos, Then Los Tules. |

If the unit is in buildings A, B, or C you would not have an ocean view. These are the tennis court buildings with the units either facing the pool at these units and the grounds while the others face the tennis courts and the road. All of the other units have either a pool and/or ocean view. The grounds at Los Tules are beautiful. It is a very laid back, quiet resort. The units are large. We've been going since 1984 and love it. Also Los Tules is closer to town than Villa del Palmar and Villa del Mar. |
