I have been on this for a while now. I like your idea about the sea salt. How ever water is surfice to lose weight as long as ypou apply the 70% water rule

My mother would argue at my sister all the time,my sister would eat 2 to 3 Snicker chocolate bars every day and god only knows what else and then hunt diet plans on the internet to lose the Fat she gained ferom gluting.I'll say to you what mama said to my sister.As long as that mouth control your souls,your body will slowly clog and and ya gonna die,and theres no cure for the human mouth,only (WILL POWER).Salt and water can't cure that mouth so friend you better start finding the WILL to help yourself by skipping a MEAL here and there.

Your right about the willpower, however the pattens that will get instilled make you automatically want to eat less.
