Weight Gain

Could someone help me.

I try so hard to lose weight. I exercise alot and
watch what I eat. I do not drink or smoke. My
girlfriend told me about watercure over the weekend.
I drank water Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday and
lost 2 lbs. I was so excited. I kept drinking
Tuesday (maybe too much) and I put the 2lbs back on.
Is it possible to drink too much. I drank about 10 or
11 16oz glasses. I am so discouraged. Thank you for
any encouragement.

Re: Weight Gain

Mary Ann, at the bottom of your computer screen on the left, there is a topic about weight loss. Scroll down the menu on the left side under testimonials.

If you have any other questions about weight loss, before I can give an advice, I need your BMI (body mass index), age, etc. and I think you don't want to expose yourself on the web. It is kind of personal and confidential. The best thing is to talk to your knowledgeable doctor in your area and tell him/her that you want to do the watercure.
