kelp

does anyone know where and how much kelp to take, so we can get the right amount of iodine for thyroid heath.....

Kelp is a good source of iodine as well as other food coming form the ocean like seafood. Other source of iodine are eggs, dairy products, iodized salt, etc. The RDA is 0.15 mg/day. If you eat a balanced diet should be sufficient. You can eat your kelp just like eating your cooked green vegies as part of your main dish. It is also rich in fiber. I think you can find them at china town market or asian market near you.
