Kidney Problems

Hey All- Hope someone can help me with this. A while ago, I was feeling really sick and had computerized allergy testing done. Everything registered low but especially my kidneys and adrenals. I've been feeling better this past month by drastically restricting my diet and doing the water cure faithfully (yes, I've been following the recipe to the letter). Yesterday, I went for more testing (same kind) and there have been some major improvements in the readings but, while one kidney registered a 41, the other kidney is down from the last test registering an 18. Could the salt be hurting me? (Its hard to get good stuff up here on the east coast of Canada but I've been using Brittany sea salt- health food store recommended). I'm a large woman so I have to drink, according to the recipe, about 1 litre of water at a time. Is that too much? I'm scared that I'm harming myself. Any words of wisdom from anyone? And, is it really possible to help one kidney (and the urinary bladder readings as well) while the other one suffers? Looking forward to answers. Thank you and God bless.

Re: Kidney Problems

The max healthy kidneys can filter is about 1 litre per hour; i would stay around 1/2 to 3/4 max if your taking that much

Re: Kidney Problems

Well, guess my "tomato" doesn't need as much salt and water as the recipe states cause I have cut back on both and I feel much better now. Thanks for the input.
