My sister is trying to drink water during the day sometimes having a diet coke in the evening. She has always had diarrhea and says it has been worse since drinking the water. Overall she says she feels better drinking water, but the diarrhea is hard to live with. Can anyone tell me what she can do to get rid of the diarrhea & why the water would make it worse?

I have reviewed the recipe and almostn the whole site and still do not see a reference to mitigation idea's for someone following the recipe and guidance and with periods of diarrhea. Bob...can you help?

Hello Patti!
Starting with the watercure, I had the same problems. What was happening within my body was a cleansing effect, which was taking place to remove 40 years of accumulated prescription drugs. Bowel movements were taking place 4 to 5 times daily; this was one of the natural phenomenon’s the immune system, under takes to remove the poisons from the body. A major problem is the processed foods we’re eating have been stripped of fiber; the more a product is refined the more fiber is removed. An alternative is to replace these 40 to 60 grams of fiber the body requires daily with a fiber supplement. A psyllium seed husk fiber is what I’m presently using to overcome fiber shortfall. You’ll find this in your local health food store. Start slow and work up to the recommended dosage. One of the poisons your sister needs to eliminate is that diet coke.

Pattie,my mom all ways told me not to listen to shade tree doctors they will surely kill you.tell your sister all the replys on this message board concerning diarrhea is helpfull but heres your sisters problem..Magnesium is a muscle relaxer and Magnesium is the mean ingredient in laxitives it relaxes the musles in the stomach.tell her to watch the foods and fluids she eats and drinks.tell her to cut back on the magnesium and her stomach mucles will tence back up and stop the pain of diarrhea.if she had this problem over 2 months her doctor dont't want to heal her because he wantsd her money and her life is not worth 50 cent to these AMERICAN TERRORIST DOCTORS,WHITE DOCTORS BLACK DOCTOR INDIAN DOCTORS,THEY ALL KILL IN THE NAME OF THE MIGHTY DOLLAR.

i forgot to mention,,miss patti your sister been to her doctor time and time again about her diarrhea she has payed this man over and over and still she has to come here on watercure2 page for help.we are living in a state of shock and in a state of communist rule.
