  1. What legal risks, if any, do advertisers face with regard to telemarketing laws and/or the "do not call" list?
    None. Our system is all based upon an "opt-in" list, in which Members give their permission to be on the list and have ads delivered to their Global T-Mail voicemail account. No messages are delivered unless they are requested by the recipient. Most messages are delivered when our Members call in to retrieve them (thus, the do-not-call provisions do not apply to this service). However, we do make out-bound calls as well, but only when a Member gives specific and verified permission to receive such calls (in which case, again, the do-not-call provisions of the law do not apply).

  2. Are you really cheaper than other media for advertising?
    When comparing us to other direct-delivery and direct-response media, we are much cheaper than most! For instance, with direct mail, you pay for postage, the list, sorting, labeling, not to mention the design and printing of the piece. It's similar with telemarketing for lead generation or other purposes. All other direct-response media (such as newspaper, television and radio) charge based upon ad rates that have nothing to do with the number of people who actually hear, read or see your message. With us, you are only paying for those who actually GET your message, and not for the vast majority to whom it is delivered, but who never actually hear it or see it. There is no waste. Similar to other search engines, we charge on a "pay-per-event" basis, which is more fair to our advertisers and much more effective. We have an added advantage, in that a voice message is generally more powerful than a visual message.

  3. How long have you been in business?
    Since 2002. We have been building, selling and servicing the telephony equipment that drives our system since the inception. We began developing the GlobalTMail concept in 2005, spending nearly 3 years in research and development before making it available for Alpha Testing. More than 3 years of development time was required to create the entire system.

  4. How many clients do you have right now?
    At the present time, we do not give out statistics. However, our system has no upper limitations on the number of Members, Associates or Clients we register. The more people who join our free services (Members & Associates), and the more Clients who post messages, the better and more valuable our service becomes for everybody.

  5. What is the average response rate?
    There is no average, because each offer, each Provider and each Advertiser is different. However, we can tell you that the fact that Advertisers and Providers post message after message after message, indicates they are happy with their response rates.

  6. To how many people can you deliver my message?
    You can set an upper limit to the maximum number you wish delivered in whatever geographic area you wish (local, national or eventually, worldwide). However, we cannot force our Members to listen to your ad, nor can we accurately predict the number of Members we will have by the time your maximum has been reached. When setting up your compaign through the Campaign Wizard, our system tells you how many Members will receive your message based on your demographic and other selections. We cannot, however, predict how many of those Members will actually hear it.

    Yes. You must select a box that indicates you have read, understand and agree to the Client Agreement before you are accepted as a Client.

  10. Are the responses I receive from my advertising retained sold as a list to others or to my competitors?
    No. We are in the search advertising industry. The Members to whom your message is delivered are all considered "opt-in" Members, meaning that they have agreed to an option to receive messages from you. The benefit for working through a company like ours is the fact that you CAN narrow down the type of list to which your offer or advertisement is delivered. This is a good thing, and results in much more efficient use of your advertising dollar. The fact that you are able to narrow down the demographics of certain lists we have available works both ways. When you do this, it's good for you, even though some of the people on the list may have responded to your competitor in the past. Likewise, when somebody responds to your ad or message, in the future, that demographic may fit into somebody else’s' ad campaign. The great thing about the kind of data mining and demographic capabilities we have is that it's ALSO good for the customer. After all, when we can discover people with a passion for golf, they are usually DELIGHTED to get anything and everything available related to that subject. All parties win. The consumer, the advertiser, and even us, the marketing company and puts everyone together.

  11. How do I cancel my subscription?
    Subscriptions to our services are handled through Paypal. You are always in control of your own Paypal account and can cancel at any time. Please follow these instructions to cancel your Subscription: 1. Log in to your PayPal account. 2. Click Profile at the top of the page. 3. Click My Money, then click Update beside My preapproved payments to find your payment. 4. Select the payment, and then click Cancel.
