  2. What are the benefits of membership?
    In a nutshell, we offer 3 different services, explained in detail on our website. They are: (1) Search Services under which you can select or request anything you want to locate and get the response instantly in the form of a voice file which is displayed immediately and also available from your cell phone by calling our Voicemail Contact Center and accessing your mailbox. (2) Subscription Services which give you the ability to subscribe to the company, organization or individual (our "Client") of your choice and be notified whenever they post an offer to you (i.e. it's like being on a 'preferred customer' list where special offers are made to a select group; subscriptions are also used for purposes such as teachers staying in contact with students, employers contacting employees, etc.) and (3) 1 to 1 messaging in which you can send messages between yourself any any GlobalTmail Member who has authorized you to send them messages, and receive private voicemail messages from any Member who has also registered as a Client and whom you have authorized. Receiving messages is always, of course, FREE.

  3. Do I have to recruit other people?
    NO! Only Associates are allowed to recruit. You can become an Associate at no cost whatsoever if you wish to do so, but if you don't, just enjoy your Membership Benefits.

  4. Are there any obligations?
    The only obligation is to check your messages from time to time. You could lose your Membership if you don't use it at all for six consecutive months. Check out the Membership Agreement, for full details.

  5. Do I have to sign any contract?
    Yes. You must sign (electronically) the Membership Agreement. You must also "Activate" your Membership once you sign up in order to be authorized to use it. Instructions on how to Activate are included in an email you will receive at the time you join.

  6. How do I go about getting the coupons, 2-for-1's, deep discounts and deals?
    Many are available in the form of a coupon, which you will get from the Login area of our website. You can access the Member Area as soon as you activate your membership. Some deals are available just by showing your Membership Card. Your membership card is available online, and is printed from your own computer' printer.

  7. How many categories or types of messages can I search for?
    There are no limits on the number of categories or type of information, services and products posted by our Clients. Categories are defined by our Clients according to whatever they are offering. Therefore, just like other Internet search engines, ours is driven by user participation. The more Clients we have, the more categories and variety is available.

  8. How many searches can I perform all at the same time?
    Four. We have 4 search boxes available. When you search for something, you get instant results just like with any search engine. Unlike other search engines, however, you can save your searches and get notification by phone, text message or email (or any combination of them) the moment a message is posted that matches your request. This is especially valuable when you are looking for something and get no results. Clients can search the Matchwords posted by our Members (saved searches), which helps them determine whether or not anybody is seeking their goods, services or information. It's a real win-win for all participants.

  9. Will I ever get messages that I did not request?
    Yes. However, these non-requested matches will not cause you undue distress like spam or junk mail. Our "Targeted Matching" system not only allows you to specify the items you are searching for and get responses (or matches) from those searches, but it also allows our Clients the ability to find you based upon your profile. Therefore, if you indicated you have a hobby of fly fishing, you may receive from time to time a message from a company who deals with your hobby, or from another member or organization that may be looking for people interested in fly fishing. This is the "targeted" part of our "Targeted Matching" system because it allows both parties (Members and Providers) to find one another. These Targeted Messages are placed into your General Mailbox and are available for listening at any time. This mailbox is also searchable in the event you have more messages than you care to hear.

  10. Is there a limit to the number of messages my voicemail can hold?
    No. Unlike other voicemail systems, we do not impose a limit on the number of messages you may receive. Those sending you messages, or those whose messages you have requested by virtue of your category selections, will never get a "Mailbox Full" notice when trying to leave you a message. Conversely, you will never hear a "Mailbox Full" announcement when retrieving messages, either.

  11. Do messages ever expire?
    Yes. Clients specifiy the ending date for each message they send. If you don't listen to a message, it will eventually expire on its own and be deleted from your mailbox. If you review your messages online, you will see the expiration date, but when listening to voicemail on your phone, the expiration date is not automatically announced. This can be important if you are looking for a good deal on something (2-for-1's, deep discounts, freebies, etc.). Some Clients' messages will expire within days, others within weeks, still others may leave their messages for months or even a year before expiration.

  12. Is your company operating legally?
    Of course! You can check us out online by looking for "ComTech Marketing, LLC" at the State of Utah Department of Commerce website. The trade name "GlobalTMail is our registered "dba" and we have also applied for a federal trademark of GlobalTmail. GlobalTmail's policy requires it to strictly adhere to all laws and regulations pertaining to our business in every jurisdiction where we operate.

    Yes. Messages are displayed instantly under the search bar when you enter Matchwords and click on "Search." You can listen from your computer, or you can save your searches and retrieve them from any phone world wide.

  15. Can I also earn money when I join, even if I am in the Philippines? Thank you.
    Yes. Anyone can join and earn money from us from anywhere. However, there are issues with regard to delivery of earned commission and bonuses as well as delivery of services in non-USA countries at this time. Currently we can deliver payments Xoom and Paypal. We deduct the processing fees from payments made. At the time of this answer (September 2012) our GroupCaller service is fully functional and can call virtually any country. However, pricing in many non-USA countries is not competitive and must be quoted on a country-by-country basis. We expect our International business to grow rapidly over the next several years so please watch the blog for information (www.globaltmail.typepad.com)

  16. How do I cancel my PRG Membership subscription, VoiFone subscription or other subscription?
    Go to the page where your subscription was ordered and click on UNSUBSCRIBE, then follow on-screen directions. You can also cancel any subscription from within your Paypal account. If you don't wish to do any of these or it's too much hassle, just sent us a note from the Contact Us page, specify the exact subscription you wish to cancel and we'll be happy to take care of it for you immediately.
